No — the Teatro Olimpico has its own standalone ticket, and that's all you need. A combined Vicenza City Card that also covers the Palladio Museum and civic museums is optional, for anyone who wants more of the city.

No — your ticket is valid for the whole day you choose, within opening hours, so you arrive when you like. That flexibility is ideal if you're coming by train. We recommend a morning or late-afternoon visit to have the theatre at its quietest.

About 45 minutes to an hour for the theatre itself — the perspective stage rewards a slow look from a few different angles. Add the Palladio Museum and Palazzo Chiericati on the city card for a relaxed half-day in Palladio's city.

EU citizens under 18 enter free, so there's no ticket to buy for them — bring proof of age. Other reduced rates are only issued at the on-site desk, not online, so we sell the full adult ticket.

The theatre is on Piazza Matteotti, about a 10-minute walk from Vicenza station along the Corso Palladio. Vicenza is on the main line — roughly 25 minutes by train from Padua and about 45 minutes from Venice or Verona.

After you book, our team arranges your dated entry and emails your mobile / print-at-home e-ticket, usually well before your visit. You show it at the entrance on your chosen day. If we ever can't secure your date, we contact you and refund in full.

Photography for personal use is generally allowed; flash and tripods are usually discouraged to protect the historic interior. The soft interior light rewards a steady hand more than a flash. Follow any posted guidance on the day.
